The Chinese new home sales continue to drop in April by both value and volume. Many Chinese think this is the turning point of the Chinese economy and the housing industry. In order to promote the sales, many real estate developers begin to roll out a lot of campaigns to stimulate the sales. It is not easy to achieve that in a sloe economy though.
