Huawei Technology VS Ford Motor

1914,Jan 5, Ford Motor Company in United States announced 8 working hours per day, it was nine hours before. Meanwhile Ford Motor Company announced a wage jump from $2.35 dollars to $5 per day with an increasing rate more than 100%. The media reported ‘Gold Rush’ is started by Ford’s $5 Offer at that time. Many people misunderstood Henry Ford at that time. Ford’s annual revenue was just a bit higher than 10 million dollar at that time, but the salary adjustment would cost about 10 million dollar each year. Economists accused Ford for his misplacing of the spirit of the Bible in the industry. The critics claimed it was Ford’s hypocritical. However Henry Ford claimed it was not philanthropy or charity to raise the workers’ salary, but a serious problem about efficiency. Are Ren Zhengfei and his Huawei Compary doing the same thing in China?
