Chinese eat much more vegetables and less meat than western people. Western food uses olive oil or butter, these material can not be found from most Chinese families. Westerners eat more sugar, etc.

China has many different styles of cuisine, some of the most famous Chinese cuisine are Hunan food, Guangdong food, Sichuang food. You will be able to find differences between different Chinese cuisine as well.
