Shenzhen Splendid China and China Folk Culture Village
It is a theme park full of beautiful miniature scenic spot of China and Chinese Folk Culture Village. They used to be two separate parks: Shenzhen Splendid China and Chinese Folk Culture Village, but now they are combined. These two parks bring Chinese traditional scenery and culture and customs together, you can now visit China in one day.
Shenzhen Splendid China
Splendid China consists of miniatures of famous buildings and historical sites in China. Shenzhen Splendid China covers an area of 30 hectares, very spacious park. You can see lots of replicas of the most famous Chinese buildings and landmarks here such as The Forbidden City, Yuan Ming Yuan (the Imperial Palace), The Great Wall of China, The Terra Cotta Warriors, Tibet’s Potala Palace, the Temple of Confucius, etc. It is said to have in total 84 replicas of typical Chinese ancient buildings, natural landscapes and folk dwellings. Except the above most well-known tourist sites in Splendid China Shenzhen, you may also find other natural scenes that you may not know well such as Stone Forest, West Lake, Huangguoshu Waterfall, etc.
Shenzhen China Folk Culture Villages
China Folk Culture Villages Shenzhen covers an area of 18 hectares. It is a sister park of Splendid China. China Folk Culture Villages Shenzhen is a large cultural attraction where Chinese folk art, folk customs and folk dwellings are on display. Shenzhen China Folk Culture Villages consists of 24 ethnic villages representing 56 ethnic groups and nationalities of China. You can appreciate Chinese ethnic architectural styles, folk song and dance. You can also participate in the song and dance performances and ethnic crafts; enjoy ethnic flavor food; watch large-scale performances.
At daytime, you can experience the exciting Dragon Boat Race, the breathtaking Knife-Pole Festival and the joyful Water-Splashing Festival. In the evening, there are grand evening show and China Folk Carnival Parade. The village organizes different ethnic activities at festivals such as New Year’s Day, Spring Festival Series, Spring Outing in March, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Summer Holiday, Autumn Holiday, National Day and the interacting activities with visitors and so on.

By Subway:
Take Shenzhen subway line 1 and get off at “Huaqiaocheng” (Overseas Chinese Town) station. Get out of Exit D to reach there.
By bus:
There are many bus lines passing through Splendid China shenzhen, such as 21, 26, 105, 113, 201, 204, 209, 210, 222, 223, 230, 232, 233, 234, 301, 311 and get off at “Jin xiu zhong hua” (Splendid China) station; or “Kangjiajituan” (Konka Group) station.
